Scott Disick and Sofia Richie started dating in late 2017 and despite their 15-year age gap, they managed to be together for more than two years. However, it is being reported today that the two have broken up already but they want to keep it a secret.
The alleged cause of the breakup
As per Star magazine, the two went on their separate ways and they did it as quietly as possible. They have not announced it yet but they will probably do it later.
“They’re saving face right now,” the tipster told the publication. “Sofia is relieved to finally walk away so she can focus on her career. She also wants to escape from Scott’s controlling and jealous behavior.”
It was added that the 21-year-old model feels suffocated as she can’t express herself in the way she wants because her older boyfriend doesn’t approve it. The source seems to be suggesting that Richie is really sad that she is not free to do what she likes because it will cause a conflict with her Scott.
At this time, Scott Disick is allegedly trying his best to get Sofia to come back to him. But then, the model is not interested as she wants to be free and in fact, she is excited to move on. There is no chance of them reuniting anymore and only a miracle will make Richie go back to the Kourtney Kardashian’s ex.
The truth
Gossip Cop reported that Sofia Richie and Scott Disick have not broken up. In short, the fact-checking site is debunking the split story that was fabricated by Star.
The gossip police is confident to refute the report because it was also able to contact someone who knows the couple personally. Gossip Cop was told that the break-up story is absolutely false. In fact, just last week, Scott Disick attended a party organized by Sofia and his father, Lionel Richie was also there. It was the launch party for her new denim line and it took place on Feb. 20. The model teamed up with Rolla’s, an Australian denim brand, for her new venture in the fashion business.
