Selena Gomez is bouncing back from her dark times when she was deeply depressed and suffering from a variety of health issues from mental and physical wellness. However, there is a bit of unpleasant news as it was rumored that the former Disney star has stopped talking to her best friend and kidney donor Francia Raisa.
In 2014, Gomez secretly registered to a rehab facility in Arizona, and the rumor mill started to speculate that the singer/actress entered the center for drug abuse. But later, the truth came out, and she was there for chemotherapy after receiving a diagnosis that she lupus. The disease is not curable, but it can be managed if taken properly, so she started the treatment at once.

Two years after her diagnosis, Selena Gomez became depressed and experienced anxiety because of her illness. Lupus also led to other complications, and her kidneys were the most affected. It turned bad that she needed to undergo a kidney transplant so, in 2017, she received one of her BFF’s kidneys.
Francia Raisa was the only one in her circle who was found to be a match so to save her friend’s life; she gave up one of her organs. They were so close, but these days, it was reported that Gomez and Raisa are not even talking anymore.

According to Radar Online, the two are not on speaking terms for almost two years now, and their fallout was due to Selena Gomez’s unhealthy choices in life after the kidney transplant. She needed to take care of her health, but instead, she continued to party and drink alcohol, which greatly upset Raisa.
An insider shared that the “Bring It On: All or Nothing” actress gave up her kidney for Gomez to have a healthier life, but after the surgery, she just got back to her old ways of hard-partying, and this truly made her furious. Since then, she and Gomez stopped communicating altogether.
There is no clear report about Selena Gomez and Francia Raisa, but this could be true as they are not refuting the rumors. There was no comment on both sides, and people are convinced that they are not friends anymore.
