‘Shameless’ season 7’s episode 11, entitled “Happily Ever After,” is set to feature the Gallaghers as they prepare for new life changes. Meanwhile, Ian and Mickey become fugitives as they elope to Mexico following Mickey’s devious plan.
The synopsis for “Happily Ever After” posted on TV.com reads, “Frank (William H. Macy) and Monica (Chloe Webb) make an interesting proposal to the kids; Fiona (Emmy Rossum) sees a new business opportunity;
Lip (Jeremy Allen White) tries to finally get his sobriety under control when he's pressured by a suddenly grown-up Debbie (Emma Kenney); Ian (Cameron Monaghan) and Mickey (Noel Fisher) play Thelma and Louise; Kev (Steve Howey) and V (Shanola Hampton) try to start a new chapter after losing the bar to Svetlana (Isidora Goreshter).”
In the promo, Frank drops a bomb and asks Monica to marry him. Fiona points out that this would lead to complications as she tells her father, “You’re already married.” In the next scene, Monica walks down the stairs in a bridal gown but soon gets into a physical fight with Frank as Debbie looks on.
The Gallagher matriarch resurfaced after being away from her family for so long and it seems that her reunion with Frank will prove to turn the household upside down. In the previous episode, Monica revealed that she was dying of a terminal illness and wanted to make amends by being the good mother her children never had.
Meanwhile, Fiona will consider taking on a new business venture after Margo offered her a deal she couldn’t refuse. According to a recap of episode 10 posted on TV Fanatic, the price offered for Fiona’s Laundromat was double the money the paid for to get it. Fiona will have to struggle with making a decision that could prove her loyalty to Etta.
Things are also looking troublesome for Ian as he elopes with Mickey, who has planned out something violent on their way to Mexico. It seems that the two will become fugitives after Mickey carries out his dirty work.
‘Shameless’ season 7’s episode 11, entitled “Happily Ever After,” is scheduled to air on December 11, 2016 on Showtime. It will be followed by episode 12, entitled "Requiem for a Slut,” scheduled for December 18.
