ATLANTA, Feb. 28, 2017 -- Sharecare, the digital health company helping people manage all their health in one place, today announced it is strengthening its enterprise roster with the addition of two industry executives: John Solomon, previously of Apple and HP; and Willis Towers Watson veteran Dale Rayman.
“John’s proven experience in achieving above-market revenue growth as a key executive at technology leaders like Apple and HP, and Dale’s expertise in actuarial analytics and behavioral economics will help Sharecare meet its goals to accelerate the delivery and impact of our platform across a larger, more diverse customer base,” said Jeff Arnold, founder, chairman and CEO of Sharecare. “We are excited to welcome John and Dale to our team as we deploy our comprehensive solution to enterprises, specifically large employers and payors, solving their need to efficiently leverage technology to make their populations healthier, happier and more productive.”
Most recently vice president of enterprise and government at Apple, John brings to Sharecare a proven track record of improving operating performance in dynamic and complex environments – like Apple and HP – while successfully scaling those businesses to serve a broader range of industries and customer segments. Working with Sharecare’s executive team and CEO in a strategic advisory role, John will apply his experience in and passion for identifying and driving profitable market share growth opportunities at the intersection of technology and healthcare, while building effective channel and client relationships, and delivering on customer commitments.
As Sharecare’s new senior vice president of actuarial consulting and business development, Dale will work closely with Sharecare’s clients to help them measure and gain a deeper understanding of their populations’ outcomes and performance. Through the use of advanced data analysis, Dale also will help customers maximize and demonstrate a positive return on their investment in Sharecare’s messaging, motivation, management and measurement platform. Previously director of analytics and chief actuary at Zipongo, a digital nutrition platform, Dale spent 27 years at Willis Towers Watson where he held a variety of roles, including health and group benefits senior consultant, and chief actuary for the company’s private exchange for active employees.
