(the "Company" or "Siyata") (TSX-V:SIM) (OTCQX:SYATF) is pleased to announce it has received ~$3.9MM from the exercise of 6.6M share purchase warrants (the “Warrants”). The funds will be used by the Company to continue its North American expansion throughout 2017.
