The platform’s average daily volume was $345 billion, down from $359 billion in September, although the monthly settled total edged higher.
Private-fund holders can submit purchase offers, but the manager may reject them. Withdrawals may be delayed, reduced or suspended if liquid holdings cannot meet requests.
A Nov. 3 notice listed 59 companies objecting to tokens tied to their shares. The order does not bar other tokenization arrangements.
