Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo have been officially divorced for one month now, but the media are still keeping tabs on them to know what they are up to. The actress has been very visible since the announcement of their split, but the actor has been hiding and made his first appearance in public just last week.
The mysterious woman
Joong Ki’s first sighting in public made the news because unlike his ex-wife Hye Kyo; people did not see him since the day he filed for divorce in June. The actor was spotted in a restaurant in Seoul and what made his appearance even more intriguing is the fact that he was pictured with a woman.
People were quick to notice about the woman who took several photos with Joong Ki, and based on the photos; they seem to know each other well as she always stands too close to the actor. According to the Korea Times, the photos of Song Joong Ki with the unidentified woman have gone viral since it was posted on the Chinese entertainment site called Sina.
Clarification of Joong Ki’s whereabouts on his first public appearance
Initially, reports stated that where the photos were taken is unknown, but details have emerged about his outing. EconoTimes reported that Song Joong Ki actually dined in Sariwon restaurant and he was there with the English actor Richard Armitage.
It turned out that they had dinner together with other staff for the new movie that they will work together titled “Victory.” But then again, the identity of the woman is still unknown.
Has Song Hye Kyo moved on already?
Hye Kyo never took a break since her split from Song Joong Ki. She was always at work, attending promotional events in China and other countries such as Morroco. Her glamorous appearances in these events made people assume that she has moved on from the breakup
Despite Song Hye Kyo’s cheerful look, no one can be sure if she has healed her broken heart already. The thing is, after her activities this year, the actress said that she will take a break to give time for herself.
Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo were the “golden couple” who got married after starring together in the worldwide hit drama “Descendants of the Sun.” They sadly broke up a few months ago and cited irreconcilable differences as the reason.
