(Nasdaq:SFBC), the holding company (the "Company") for Sound Community Bank (the "Bank"), announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share and a special cash dividend in the amount of $0.20 per share. The dividends will be payable on August 25, 2017 to common shareholders of record as of August 11, 2017.
“In addition to our regular cash dividend, our capital position provides us with the opportunity to pay a special mid-year cash dividend while still maintaining a very strong capital position to support growth,” stated Laurie Stewart, President and Chief Executive Officer.
