Spain’s National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) named five entities in Nov. 3 warnings, saying they lacked authorization for supervised services and highlighting risks for consumers dealing with firms beyond its oversight.

The notices also named Interactive Stocks Markets and BR Rise APP, alongside web addresses and aliases built around VT Markets variations. The CNMV said the names were absent from its relevant register and lacked permission for investment services or other activities it supervises.

The regulator said Coinvora 9.3 is a trade name used on several websites and lacks authorization to offer crypto-asset services in Spain.

A separate warning concerned a clone carrying Monex Markets branding. The CNMV said the site had no connection with Monex Europe Markets, S.V., S.A.U., which holds Spanish securities registration No. 321.

The CNMV said customers risk losing money when using unauthorized entities because those providers operate beyond its supervision.

On Oct. 13, the CNMV issued separate warnings for GDLP, EXCHSEC, ZSYSC and CMC GROUP MARKETS, as detailed in EconoTimes’ earlier report.
