Starbucks launched its annual holiday “red cups” which are celebrating its 25th anniversary, and its winter food and beverage menu.
This year’s holiday cups are inspired by gifts and in classic seasonal colors with the added flair of mint green. The four patterns are named Gift-Wrapped Magic, Frosted Sparkle, Ornament Wonder, and Cozy Evergreen, which include gift tags on the back that make it "perfect for a personalized note.
Starbucks also celebrated the 20th year of its Peppermint Moch on the menu, which remains one of their most loved holiday beverages, available hot, iced and blended.
The recipe has changed a little, and it's now made with 2 percent milk as the standard and with dark chocolate curls on top instead of red sprinkles.
Also returning this year are the Iced Sugar Cookie Almondmilk Latte, Caramel Brûlée Latte, Chestnut Praline Latte, Toasted White Chocolate Mocha, and Irish Cream Cold Brew.
For its winter food menu, Starbucks is launching a new Chocolate Pistachio Swirl, which offers creamy chocolate filling with notes of cinnamon and coffee swirled into a buttery brioche-inspired dough with mint chocolate chips and topped with chopped pistachios.
