(NYSE: STM) Annual General Meeting, which took place today in Amsterdam (the Netherlands), the members of the Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Nicolas Dufourcq as the Chairman and Mr. Maurizio Tamagnini as the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board, respectively.
