(NASDAQ:SRCL) today announced that its board of directors has declared a dividend of $13.125 per share on the company’s 5.25% Series A Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock, to be paid in cash on September 15, 2017 to holders of record as of September 1, 2017. This equates to $1.3125 per depositary share, each of which represents a 1/10th interest in a share of the mandatory convertible preferred stock.
