Sugarlands Distilling Company Wins Big at Spirits Competition

Gatlinburg, Tenn., July 06, 2017 -- The 2017 Los Angeles International Spirits Competition received entries from 146 producers; Sugarlands Distilling Company entered three spirits and received six different awards. 

Roaming Man Tennessee Straight Rye Whiskey

Roaming Man Tennessee Straight Rye Whiskey won a gold medal in the ‘American Straight Rye Whiskey’ category. Roaming Man was bottled at a cask strength of 123.4 proof. With a classic rye spiciness of black pepper, hints of tobacco and oak, this approachable rye whiskey will not disappoint. Roaming Man Whiskey is well balanced with the sweetness of vanilla and caramel along with hints of apple and pineapple.
