Suncrete, Inc. (Nasdaq: RMIX) plans to publish its third-quarter 2026 results before U.S. trading begins Nov. 13, then hold an investor call that morning, the company said Oct. 16.
The call is set for 10 a.m. ET (9 a.m. CT). Callers can use (201) 389-0872; Suncrete asks them to dial in at least 10 minutes beforehand. A live webcast will be available on the “Events & Presentations” page of the company's investor-relations website. Suncrete said it would add a recording to the page soon after the call.
Headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Suncrete says it supplies concrete for infrastructure, commercial and residential construction projects in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas and Louisiana. It also sells concrete products in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Missouri.
The upcoming report follows Suncrete's second-quarter results for the period ended June 30. In an Aug. 14 release, the company reported revenue of $97.2 million, up 146% from the same period a year earlier. Its net loss was $37.1 million, compared with a $325,000 loss in the prior-year quarter.
Suncrete said a $26.9 million noncash charge tied to a business combination affected net income. The scheduling announcement did not include third-quarter results or a forecast.
