(NASDAQ:SSH) announced today that on February 9, 2017, the Company received formal notice from The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC indicating that the Company has evidenced compliance with the minimum $1.00 bid price requirement, as set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). Shares of the Company’s common stock closed Thursday at $5.59 per share. The Company remains subject to an extension through March 20, 2017 to evidence compliance with Nasdaq’s $2.5 million stockholders’ equity requirement.
