‘Supernatural’ season 12’s episode 15, titled “Somewhere Between Heaven and Hell,” will feature Sam and Dean Winchester as they go after a hellhound that is on the loose. Meanwhile, Castiel will continue his search for Kelly.
The synopsis for “Somewhere Between Heaven and Hell” posted on TV Guide reads, “An attack by an invisible hellhound at a campsite leads Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) to investigate the mysterious circumstances.
Meanwhile, two of Crowley's (Mark Sheppard) own personal demons uncover what he has been hiding; and Castiel (Misha Collins) gets a lead on Kelly Kline (Courtney Ford).”
It remains unclear which hellhound is on the loose but according to Comicbookmovie, it is presumably the same hellhound that attacked Dean back in the season 3 finale. While the Winchester brothers attempt to go after the creature, Crowley will have to deal with his own problems when his personal demons reveal who he has been keeping captive. The devil himself has had many loyal followers and it remains to be seen whether these demons will help free Lucifer.
The series of photographs for episode 15 posted on TV Fanatic shows Crowley seemingly preparing to torture his captive after relishing his position of power in hell. However, Lucifer (Mark Pellegrino) doesn’t look too concerned about his situation despite being chained up to a chair. In one image, Lucifer looks to be cooking up a plan of his own.
Meanwhile, Castiel is busy with his own investigating and it seems that he is finally getting some good leads on Lucifer’s baby. He will continue his search for Kelly, the woman carrying Lucifer’s child. Kelly was last seen accepting protection from the prince of hell, Dagon, after an angel attempted to assassinate her.
‘Supernatural’ season 12’s episode 15, titled “Somewhere Between Heaven and Hell,” is scheduled to air on The CW on March 9, 2017. It was directed by Nina Lopez-Corrado and written by Davy Perez.
