Suri Cruise is now 13 years old which means that she has been estranged from her dad Tom Cruise for six years now. In the years that the father and daughter have been apart, it was constantly rumored that the “Mission Impossible” actor is not contacting his daughter due to his ties and position in the church of Scientology but then, no one can confirm this claim.

It was also believed that the main reason why Katie Holmes and Cruise called it quits was because of the latter’s religion which she can’t accept anymore thus she just filed for divorce. Since their split in 2012, Suri and Tom did not see each other once as per reports.

A source said that the actor sent a message to his ex-wife through a third party and he supposedly stated his intention to be with Suri - that he wants to be part of her life again.

But then again, Gossip Cop contradicted this story that was published by In Touch Weekly. The fact-checking site stated that it is refuting the rumor about Tom’s supposed sudden interest to see Suri Cruise again because it found many flaws in the report.

The publication pointed out that in the article, it was not explained how Tom is planning to get in touch with Suri. it also stated that it reached out to Katie Holme’s rep and they were told that the news is made up. The actress’ side went on to say that nothing has changed with the actor and Suri Cruise’s relationship which means that they are still estranged.

Meanwhile, while this story is going around, Suri Cruise was spotted again in New York City and this time, she was with a friend. In the last couple of weeks, she was always seen with her mom and now she’s having fun with girls her age and she’s looking so fine as per the Hollywood Life.
