TechXtend Education Solutions Partner with RoboKind to Bring Social-Emotional Learning to Students with Autism

EATONTOWN, N.J., April 17, 2018 -- TechXtend, Inc. Under this agreement, TechXtend will bring RoboKind products and services to North America, and has been named the exclusive partner for the New Jersey K–12 market and surrounding states.

Working closely with the autism spectrum disorder (ASD) community, RoboKind has developed Milo, a facially expressive, social robot. Along with the accompanying robots4autism curriculum, Milo has proven the ability to engage learners with ASD more than 80% of the time as opposed to the 3-5% effectiveness with humans. This creates an unprecedented opportunity for students on the spectrum to learn to self-regulate, how to greet people appropriately, and how to navigate social interactions.
