The incoming episode is set to follow the Task Force as they hunt down a mysterious assassin, who kills victims with fatal diseases. FBI special agent Liz Keen (Megan Boone) and her team may have to take extra precautions in subduing the culprit as she has managed to evade capture for a long time.
Menwhile, Red and Tom are set to work together on an undercover operation within the criminal organization. In the promo, Red reveals, “It appears my operation is under siege,” to which Liz asks, “What do you need from us?” Red replies, “I need to find out by whom.”
By the end of the promo, Red appears in Liz and Tom’s place. The confidential informant excuses himself from trespassing when Tom finds him in the living room. Tom says that Liz is not home but Red reveals that his purpose for the visit isn’t to see Elizabeth.
According to Christian Post, Red is set to ask Tom a favor in finding out who has infiltrated his criminal organization considering Tom’s experience in the undercover business. It seems that Red intends to get rid of the threat without his members knowing about it.
