“The Curse of Oak Island” season 7 is finally here, and with all that has already been revealed so far, this season could be the most interesting yet. Plus, it has been hinted a few times before that Rick and Marty Lagina will be unearthing a great discovery and will probably get answers to some of the centuries-old mysteries surrounding the Oak Island.
In one of the promo videos for “The Curse of Oak Island” season 7, the description reads “Getting close to unearthing a new season of The #CurseOfOakIsland,” and this suggests that they found something really big and perhaps, it is the path to the treasures, or it’s the gems itself.
The connection to the Knights Templar
In the previous season of “The Curse of Oak Island,” the Lagina brothers and their team found a medieval cross that they think belongs to Knight Templar. With the find, they are convinced that the knights had been on the island, and this could rewrite the history.
What’s more, it seems that “The Curse of Oak Island” season 7 will delve and explore the possible connections of the Oak Island’s treasures and the Knights Templar even more after the new teaser asked the fans to guess what the code they posted means. The letters are obviously jumbled letters for “Knights Templar,” so this is likely one of the focus in the upcoming season.
Have they found the Money Pit?
“The Curse of Oak Island” season 7 may finally reveal the Money Pit with or without the treasures because History hinted that the answers would be “brought to the surface” already. It is possible that the treasures in the vault have been found in the past already, but aside from that, there are still lots to uncover in the island like the rumored Ark of the Covenant, William Shakespeare’s manuscripts, 15th-century pirate’s loots and many more. In any case, expect the team to do more diggings in the H8 shaft, swamp, and Smith’s Cove.
“The Curse of Oak Island” season 7 will be back on Nov. 5 at 9 p.m. on History. “The Torch is Passed" will premiere with a 2-hour special.
