“The Curse of Oak Island” season 7 is not yet officially announced, but there are indications that it will still be on History Channel for another run. Plus, there are leaked photos already, and these showed that works are ongoing on Oak Island in Nova Scotia.
With all the equipment and constructions going on in the island, there is no doubt that “The Curse of Oak Island” season 7 is already in the works. Rick and Marty Lagina may already be filming in advance, and the episodes will be out for the seventh installment.
Signs of ongoing filming
On the Facebook page being maintained by Karen Publicover, a local resident in Oak Island, sh regularly post photos of the happenings going on there. In one of her recent posts, she uploaded a picture of people working around the swamp and Smith’s Cove and people are convinced that filming is taking place as well.
They have not posted a photo of Rick or Marty Lagina, but there were tourists on the island who said that they met the famous brothers while on tour. This is another thing that suggests about filming for “The Curse of Oak Island” season 7.
The Lagina Brothers and their team working on the swamp
As mentioned, the team is working around the swamp, and they are building a cofferdam too. It was previously reported the late Fred Nolan believed that the swamp is not natural and rather a man-made body of water. He said that it was made to conceal the ship that is filled with the treasures.
In “The Curse of Oak Island” season 6’s finale, Rick, Marty Lagina, and their team gathered at the war room, and they were shown the results of the sonar tests and they got excited when the experts revealed that it seems they have spotted a sunken ship. Everyone was really in awe as this finding appears to be in line with Fred Nolan’s beliefs about the swamp. Perhaps, it was the money pit that they were looking for?
The swamp will be one of the focus when “The Curse of Oak Island” season 7 airs. With their hard work, the team is expecting to uncover its secrets, and hopefully, they can get closer to the object that they have assumed to be a ship.
“The Curse of Oak Island” season 7’s premiere date is not yet available, but it is likely to return in the fourth quarter of this year. Fans will be happy to know that a total of 36 episodes is waiting for them this season.
