“The Curse of Oak Island” season 7 is set to return soon, and prior to its airing next month, History released a special to tease the fans a bit more. Sure enough, the show heightened the excitement of the viewers as it revealed many details that can be expected to be touched on in the upcoming new episodes.
History started airing the special show on Oct. 8, and it is expected to run until the premiere of “The Curse of Oak Island” season 7. There will be four episodes in all, and its preview teases the fans with the tag line “25 finds, 25 moments, 25 theories, and 25 moments you never saw!”
The biggest find to be revealed in the seventh season?
It was already revealed that Rick and Marty Lagina, together with their team of experts, are focusing on three areas in “The Curse of Oak Island” season 7. This is because they have previously discovered many things here that seem to suggest that they are on the right path that will lead them to the Money Pit.
The three areas include the swamp, the H8 shaft, and the Smith’s Cove. Out of these three, it is likely that they will dig more in the swamp because the preview for “The Curse of Oak Island” season 7 showed this spot and the line stated that “the answers will be brought to the surface” and there is only one answer that everyone is looking for - the way to the treasures.
Also, it was suggested that the team already found the tunnel leading to the Chappel’s Vault, as shown in another clip, the spot believed to be where the treasures were buried. It may be confusing, but it was mentioned that this could be the same Money Pit that treasure hunters have been looking for since the 1700s.
More and more people are getting convinced that the Lagina brothers have found the opening that will lead them to the gems as in the video, they were also shown like they were celebrating when they jumped off in the water while fully clothed. Perhaps, they are happy with Gary Drayton’s newest amazing find? If this is really the case, then “The Curse of Oak Island” season 7 could be the last installment.
Airdate and episodes
“The Curse of Oak Island” season 7 will premiere on Nov. 5 on History at 9 p.m. It will feature a total of 36 episodes, so the guess that this will be the last is possible.
