‘The Royals’ season 3’s episode 6, titled “More Than Kin, and Less Than Kind,” will follow the Henstridge royal family attempting to fend for themselves at the palace after Prince Liam sends everyone away for the holidays. Meanwhile, Jasper’s dirty past may threaten his relationship with Princess Eleanor.
The synopsis for “More Than Kin, and Less Than Kind” posted on TV Guide reads, “Christmas is celebrated at the palace. However, the family is forced to fend for themselves when Liam (William Moseley) impulsively gives the staff a holiday.
Meanwhile, jealously and alcohol lead to a tense atmosphere; Helena (Elizabeth Hurley) deals with the unexpected consequences of a sexual dalliance; and Jasper's (Tom Austen) past threatens to undo his present.”
The promo for episode 6 posted on Hollywood Life opens with the palace struggling to celebrate the Christmas holidays on their own following Liam’s dismissal of the staff. When Helena confronts her son about everyone’s whereabouts, he calmly replies that he sent them away. Helena complains, “We have absolutely no idea how to fend for ourselves!”
Meanwhile, it seems that Jasper and Eleanor’s (Alexandra Park) romance may be nearing the end after a journalist threatens to reveal his dirty past. By the end of the promo, Eleanor confronts Jasper about his betrayal saying, “I’ve given you so many chances.”
In an exclusive sneak peak of the incoming episode, Jasper gets a text from a journalist tasked at unveiling the story about Princess Eleanor dating her bodyguard.
Although Jasper downplays the story, the journalist warns, “I think it’s groundbreaking if her bodyguard is secretly American, tried to steal the Koh-i-Noor, and comes for a long line of thieves and liars.”
‘The Royals’ season 3’s episode 6, titled “More Than Kin, and Less Than Kind,” is scheduled to air on E! on January 15, 2017. It will be followed by episode 7, titled "The Counterfeit Presentment of Two Brothers," scheduled for January 22.
