While Escanor might have subdued the rampaging Meliodas for now, two new threats will appear in “The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods” episode 14. The worrying part is that these two new opponents are probably more powerful than the previous members of the Ten Commandments they’ve fought.
Previous “The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods” spoilers were spot on. Escanor activated his secret technique at noon and attacked Meliodas, severely wounding the latter.
But Escanor suffers severe injuries as well. In order to defeat, Meliodas, he used up all the power he accumulated over the years at once which damaged his body. According to Gowther’s analysis, Meliodas is only 75 percent damaged while Escanor’s damage is 98 percent.
Merlin is worried about Meliodas is getting more dangerous as he is regressing to the Meliodas of the past as the leader of the Ten Commandments so she planned to seal him away. Elizabeth, however, decided to accompany Meliodas inside Merlin’s perfect cube. Merlin fears that Meliodas might attack Elizabeth once he is healed enough so she decided to stay a close watch on both of them.
Meanwhile, Arthur is finally getting ready to go to Excalibur to get the Excalibur. Unknown to him, the Seven Deadly Sins are also on their way there as well as there’s a good chance they’ll meet up there in the upcoming episode 14.
Speaking of Excalibur, Zeldris is doing his best to claim the sword but it won’t budge. Zeldris is suddenly contacted by his father and given a new mission, which is to rescue Meliodas and kill the remaining members of the Seven Deadly Sins.
In “The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods” episode 14, Zeldris will summon all of the remaining Ten Commandments to Camelot. However, he will be shocked when no one responds and eventually realize that, as impossible as it may seem, they must have been defeated by their opponents.
Monspeet and Derieri decide not to answer Zeldris’ summon. However, Gloxinia and Drole eventually respond to Zeldris summon but it was only to inform him that they no longer wished to be members of the Ten Commandments.
Zeldris realizes in “The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods” episode 14 that the Ten Commandments are essentially wiped out. Left with no other choice, he decides to do what his father ordered him to.
But then Cusack and Chandler will arrive and tell Zeldris that they will carry out the order of the Demon King. Cusack is Zeldris' former master while Chandler is Meliodas' former master, which means that both are very powerful fighters.
