“The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods” episode 20 will be titled “Child of Hope” and will detail Arthur Pendragon’s attempt to get the Excalibur from Camelot. Those who do not wish to be spoiled before the actual episode arrives must not read further ahead as this article will reveal what happens during his quest.
“The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods” episode 20 will feature Arthur Pendragon as he, along with Cath, infiltrates Camelot and try to take Excalibur. Initially, he’ll encounter a rather odd problem because he isn’t getting any closer to the castle no matter how long he walked.
Turns out a demon cast an enchantment on Arthur to prevent him from getting close to the castle. The problem will be quickly solved when Cath ate the one who created the spell.
While Arthur will be able to go inside the castle, he won’t get very far before someone bars his way in “The Seven Deadly Sins” season 3 episode 20. This time, it will be Zeldris who’ll discover Arthur and Cusack joins him shortly after.
Zeldris interrogates Arthur on the purpose of his infiltration. Eventually, he will think about the “strange sword” and will feel that it must be what Arthur is after.
But his musing will be interrupted by Cath’s arrival. Using telekinesis, Cath will provide the perfect diversion for Arthur’s escape in “The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods” episode 20.
Arthur will eventually get to the part of the castle where Excalibur is located. But just as he is about to reach out for the sword, an explosion will prevent him from doing so. Zeldris and Cusack finally catch up to him and the sad part is that they’ve injured Cath.
But just as they are about to do something to Arthur, someone will stop them. “All of you, stop it. I know this guy,” Meliodas commands.
Meliodas will then tell Arthur that he’s no longer part of the Seven Deadly Sins and that he’s no longer who he used to be. “Humans don’t belong here anymore, get out now,” Meliodas tells Arthur.
Perhaps out of desperation and disappointment over Meliodas’ change, Arthur will suddenly pull out the Excalibur. This feat will surprise Zeldris himself as he has been trying to pull out the sword without any success.
How will Zeldris, Cusack, and Chandler react to Arthur having successfully pulled out the sword in “The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods” episode 20? Stay tuned for more updates.
