Fans can expect another high-level battle to happen in “The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods” episode 23. While pursuing Derieri, Estarossa will run into Sariel and Tarmiel, who have been waiting for 3,000 to avenge the death of Mael.
“The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the God” episode 22 recap
The war finally started. As the alliance between the humans, the Goddess clan, fairies, and giants marched toward their enemies, they were met halfway by countless demons.
Chief Holy Knight Howzer led the knights on the ground. While he was strong, even Howzer was surprised with the fighting prowess displayed by Deathpierce, who received “blessing” from Ludociel.
Deathpierce defeated a huge demon and did not feel any pain when he was hit by another demon. But as Gowther noted, it was all fake power.
Dianne and King showed their allies what they’re capable of. Dianne used her skill Queen Embrace to crush multiple enemies at once. King’s attack, Tyrant Tempest, was equally spectacular.
However, another wave of demon horde soon arrived. Thankfully, they were all dealt with the two Archangels Sariel and Tarmiel using their Omega Ark attack.
Meanwhile, the lady who took care of Monspeet and Derieri visited them to warm them of the demon horde. However, she was burned to ash by Estarossa who was looking for the two to take away their Commandments.
Enraged, Derieri attacked Estarossa but was quickly dealt with by the latter using his Full Counter. Estarossa then attacked Monspeet with a series of punches until he had Monspeet in a headlock.
Estarossa revealed that he plans to take all the Ten Commandments for himself just like Meliodas has planned. However, Monspeet used a technique and they traded places – Estarossa was suddenly being head locked by Monspeet.
Estarossa tried to get free by using Hellblaze but it had no effect on his opponent, who just put more pressure on his neck until Estarossa became unconscious. But when Derieri carelessly walked near Estarossa, the latter attacked with the intention of killing her.
Monspeet acted quickly and switch places with Derieri. As a result, his heart was pierced by Estarossa’s attack but he was still able to send Derieri away to safety. With his last ounce of strength, he unleashed his own version of Hellblaze which surrounded both him and Estarossa.
“The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods” episode 23 predictions
Derieri will go to Elizabeth in “The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods” episode 23. Her arrival will cause panic and those who remember her will try to attack her.
Elizabeth will ask the demon what’s wrong with her. But just as Derieri will start to explain about Monspeet, Estarossa will arrive.
Elizabeth will attack Estarossa with Ark but the latter will manage to escape. But before he could retaliate, Sariel and Tarmiel will arrive to avenge Mael, whom Estarossa killed three thousand years ago.
