The official title of "The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods" episode 9 is "The Cursed Lovers," suggesting that this week's installment reaches the point where Elizabeth meets Zeldris while trying to heal Merlin. During this encounter, Zeldris will not hold back in telling Elizabeth the truth about her reincarnations over the past 3,000 years as he deems it causes suffering to his brother, Meliodas.
Elizabeth learns in "The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods" episode 9 that a curse is keeping her reincarnated every time she dies for the last three centuries. Once she lives another life, memories of her previous lives are erased, and she will certainly meet Meliodas in every reincarnation. Zeldris further tells her that, at this point, she has lived through 40 to 50 reincarnations already.
However, much to Zeldris' shock, Elizabeth is not upset. Meliodas establishes that their top priorities are the freedom of the people of Liones and the liberation of Camelot. He declares that they should only worry about defeating the remaining Ten Commandments when these goals have been accomplished.
