The official title of "The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods" episode 9 is "The Cursed Lovers," suggesting that this week's installment reaches the point where Elizabeth meets Zeldris while trying to heal Merlin. During this encounter, Zeldris will not hold back in telling Elizabeth the truth about her reincarnations over the past 3,000 years as he deems it causes suffering to his brother, Meliodas.
Elizabeth learns in "The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods" episode 9 that a curse is keeping her reincarnated every time she dies for the last three centuries.
