The most awaited crossover of The CW's 'The Vampire Diaries' and 'The Originals' which they have hyped so much about has finally happened and it did not disappoint. So if you haven't episode 14 yet then watch it now as major spoilers will be dished out in this recap here.
As per the CW synopsis, “Stefan visits New Orleans to lure vampire hunter Rayna Cruz away from his friends in Mystic Falls. In the Big Easy, Stefan meets Klaus Mikaelson, who becomes suspicious of his old friend’s unexpected arrival. Meanwhile, Enzo approaches Damon and Bonnie with a plan that could protect Stefan from Rayna; and Alaric decides to leave for Dallas with the twins and Caroline offers to accompany them on the trip.“
Stefan successfully comes to New Orleans to take shelter and get away from the Huntress Rayna who marked him and will kill him in any means. With the sword allowing her to track him, Stefan will most likely stay all the time at the bar where it blocks all kinds of magic.
Klaus, on the other hand, will be hospitable to his old friend/enemy and will be quite suspicious about his friend's reason for visiting. Stefan initially reasoned it out as a little R&R but eventually told him the truth about his impending death.
After learning that Stefan was on the run from The Huntress, Klaus initially went off on his drinking buddy, questioning why he dared to bring such a dangerous problem to New Orleans. But after he tossed Stefan out on the street, he ended up on the phone with Caroline and realized that she really did care about Stefan. So if Klaus really did care about Caroline, as we all know he does, he'll go lend the marked vampire a hand.
Meanwhile, Caroline will be busy lending a helping hand to Alaric who will be on a trip to Dallas with the twins. Knowing that taking kids is not an easy job, Caroline will accompany him and is clearly interested in staying with them.
Things have been pretty intense for some parts of the recent episode. So the upcoming episode is a much watch to see what will happen next for the characters.
