Tim Hortons added another delicious food item to its menu lineup in Canada. The restaurant chain known for its coffee beverages, donuts, and sandwiches is expanding its offerings by introducing all-new pastries.
As per Daily Hive, customers of Tim Hortons in the country will be able to enjoy new pinwheel snacks that have been described as “flaky” and “buttery.” The new items are said to be ideal for afternoon snack time.
Savoury Pinwheels at Tim Hortons
The restaurant will start selling Savoury Pinwheels, which are available in two flavors. Customers may choose between the roasted pepper and Swiss or caramelized onion and parmesan flavor options.
The new snacks feature layers of mouthwatering filling and soft, flaky crust on the outside. These pastries are now available at participating Tim Hortons locations across the region or via the store’s delivery app. The best part is that they are baked fresh throughout the day, making them more enjoyable at any time of the day, too.
Other New Snack Additions at Timmies
Aside from the new roasted pepper and Swiss or caramelized onion & parmesan pinwheels, Tim Hortons also announced the return of a favorite breakfast item. The Habanero Bagel breakfast sandwiches are back on the menu.
There are also three options for this item: the Classic Bagel, the Bagel with Egg and Cheese, and the Bagel with Sausage or Bacon. All of them feature a hint of spicy habanero sauce. The new menu items are available at stores across Canada and can be delivered on the Tim Hortons app.
"Our new Savoury Pinwheels are the perfect snack to satisfy your afternoon cravings, or are great to order with a soup, chili, or any lunch or dinner at Tims," Tim Hortons’ vice president of category and innovation, Carolina Berti, said in a press release."Our guests have loved the savory Anytime Snacker products we've been rolling out and we can't wait for them to try our latest Savoury Pinwheels."
