Timex Group has acquired Just Watches from Priority Marketing for an undisclosed sum and will take over all of its physical stores and e-commerce sites.
According to Deepak Chhabra, MD at Timex India, through the acquisition, Timex is geared up to increase its consumer base countrywide.”
He added that the move is in line with their future growth plans and brings a perfect synergy between the coming together of the two brands.
Just Watches retails some 40 brands across more than 70 physical stores.
Timex India has more than 35 exclusive franchised stores under the name Timex World.
Meanwhile, Timex Group operates through more than 5000 offline trade stores and key online portals, producing watches for such global brands as Versace, Nautica, Guess, Furla, and Ted Baker.
