EURUSD has halted its three weeks of the bullish trend and lost more than 100 pips on COVID-19. UK has been affected by contagious new Coronavirus stain in the UK. The government locked down London for months and canceled Christmas celebrations. DXY recovered more than 100 pips, significant bullishness only above 91.50. Short term trend of EURUSD is bullish as long as support 1.2130 holds.
Technical:
EURUSD has once again jumped after hitting a low of 1.2130. Any violation below 1.2130 targets 1.2110/1.20586/1.2020.On the higher side, any convincing break above 1.2200. A jump till 1.2267/1.2600/1.2750 is possible.
It is good to sell on rallies around 1.2188-90 with SL around 1.2260 for the TP of 1.20585.
