Trezor, a leading bitcoin hardware wallet by SatoshiLabs, announced that it has redesigned its wallet interface and has included Advance Recovery features.
The new Trezor Wallet design will focus on usability and familiarity with little change in the operation logic. Along with minor changes in the new trezor.io presentation, blog and the landing page for the Password Manager, Trezor’s transactions tab has gained a new section with summaries.
The redesign of the Trezor Wallet will serve as a convenient, quick overview of user’s account, for those who use their coins on a daily basis. Trezor stated that the functionality will be further improved in subsequent releases, adding advanced filtering features.
Apart from the Trezor Wallet redesign, Advance Recovery feature has also been added. This new recovery method will assure that no part of user’s seed will ever be revealed to their computer.
“The Advanced Recovery completely obfuscates the letters entered on the computer. Instead of writing whole words in a shuffled order, you will be inputting individual letters on the PIN-pad in a regular order. The computer will never know what letter is being entered, as the layout of the PIN-pad constantly changes,” the release stated.
Also, Trezor has included a Troubleshooter link into the Wallet, in order to make issues solving easier and faster. When an error message pops-up, the user will be guided directly to our Troubleshooter, in order to solve the issue effortlessly. Also, the Trezor Wallet has assured safety and complete privacy to its users.
“We recognize the necessity for privacy, as much as your right to privacy. In a sense, that makes TREZOR Wallet even better than a bank,” it added.
