President Donald Trump's financial disclosure shows his accounts sold Micron Technology Inc. shares twice in August, with the two reported ranges adding up to $251,002 to $515,000.

The Aug. 10 sale was listed at $1,001 to $15,000. The Aug. 21 sale was listed at $250,001 to $500,000. Adding those ranges gives the combined figure; the filing does not provide exact trade values.

The filing also records an Aug. 21 purchase of Meta Platforms Inc. shares valued at $5,000,001 to $25 million. That purchase was the largest of its 517 numbered transactions.

The Office of Government Ethics received the filing Sept. 25. The document does not state how many Micron shares remained in the accounts after the sales.

White House spokesperson Davis Ingle told Reuters that outside financial institutions independently manage Trump's portfolio and make its investment decisions. The filing records the transactions but does not identify who directed the Micron sales or the Meta purchase.
