Ola Electric’s filing identifies applications by two investors for rights entitlements in its share issue, with the requests covering millions of entitlements ahead of the issue’s scheduled Oct. 30 close.

Ola Electric said its Oct. 22 filing listed Calliope Capital Advisors LLP’s application for 11,022,422 rights entitlements. Indus Trust, acting through trustee Ankush Agarwal, renounced those entitlements in Calliope’s favor.

A separate application by Motilal Oswal Financial Services covered 12,833,054 entitlements; ANI Technologies Private Limited renounced those rights. The two applications together account for 23,855,476 entitlements.

The offer covers 370,272,665 partly paid-up shares at ₹27 each, with a maximum issue amount of ₹9,997,361,955, or about ₹999.74 crore. Eligible shareholders could claim two rights shares for every 25 fully paid shares held on the Oct. 13 record date.

The trading window for entitlements ends Oct. 26. The issue is scheduled to close Oct. 30.
