Westpac Research notes:

The US 10yr treasury yield ranged between 2.18% and 2.25%. A 10yr auction saw strong demand and was awarded at 1bp below pre-auction yield. The FOMC minutes were upbeat on the US economy but concerned about Greece and China, putting question marks over a September hike date given developments since.
