HONG KONG, Feb. 24, 2017 -- UTStarcom (NASDAQ:UTSI), a global telecommunications infrastructure provider, today announced that Tetsuzo Matsumoto has resigned from the Board of Directors to devote more time to his other business commitments. His resignation is effective February 22, 2017.
