Figures published Nov. 2 put tokenized-stock total value locked (TVL) across decentralized finance (DeFi) at $304.7 million, with $82.8 million on Uniswap, or about 27%.
Uniswap led the reported segment by TVL. The $82.8 million figure counts its tokenized-stock activity only, not all assets held across the protocol. The share describes Uniswap's position in that market segment, not its overall holdings.
A third-quarter snapshot recorded $82.1 million across Uniswap v3 and v4, compared with about $252 million for tokenized-stock DeFi as a whole. EconoTimes previously compared weekly TVL changes among tokenized-stock DeFi venues, a separate look at changes in dollar values.
TVL converts asset quantities into a dollar estimate using market prices. It combines valuation moves with changes in holdings, but the reported totals do not separate those causes. The figures alone therefore cannot establish net user flows. TVL measures value held, not trading volume.
