BLAIRSVILLE, Ga., Feb. 05, 2016 -- United Community Banks, Inc. (Nasdaq:UCBI), reported that its Board of Directors approved an increase of its regular quarterly cash dividend to seven cents per common share. The dividend is payable April 1, 2016, to shareholders of record on March 15, 2016.
The quarterly cash dividend represents a payout ratio of 21 percent based on recently reported fourth quarter’s operating earnings.
