Vice President JD Vance said President Donald Trump would not let the Iran conflict become an open-ended war during a Fox News segment identified as “Jesse Watters Primetime.”

Vance had previously defended the administration’s Iran strategy at a Michigan town hall, where attendees raised gasoline prices and military deaths, according to EconoTimes’ earlier coverage. That report said Vance left open whether he would seek the presidency in 2028.
