Volvo Car Korea will invest 150 billion won in nearly doubling the number of its service centers to 52 and that of repair centers to 312 by 2023.
Helped by new models, such as the new S60 sedan, Volvo's sales jumped 26 percent to 4,318 vehicles in the January-April period from 3,426 units a year earlier.
Volvo's third-generation S60 sedan, which was released in August last year, competes with BMW's 3 Series, Mercedes-Benz's C-class models, and Audi's A4.
Earlier this month, Volvo Car Korea introduced a lifetime auto parts warranty, the first such guarantee to be offered in the country.
Established in 1998, Volvo Car Korea is wholly-owned by Chinese firm Zhejiang Geely Holding.
