XRP recorded the steepest percentage rise in open interest across five crypto futures markets on Sunday, while Bitcoin (BTC) retained the largest total, valued at $7.63 billion.

The 6 a.m. ET (11:00 UTC) Nov. 1 snapshot put XRP at $344.5 million, up 4.30% over 24 hours. Bitcoin stood at $7.63 billion, up 1.34%, and Ether at $5.41 billion, up 3.46%. Solana (SOL) climbed 3.78% to $864.1 million, while Dogecoin (DOGE) added 0.67% to $192.6 million.

Long accounts represented 70.5% to 76.5% of accounts across the five markets, with Bitcoin at the low end and Solana at the high end. Long-account shares compare how many accounts are on each side, not the amount of capital held by those accounts.

Bitcoin, Solana and XRP each had a funding rate of 0.0100% per eight-hour period, or 10.9% annualized. Dogecoin was at 0.0095%, or 10.4%, while Ether registered -0.0008% per period, or -0.9% annualized. Funding transfers move from long traders to short traders when the rate is above zero.

Open interest is the aggregate notional value of unsettled futures contracts. Changes in that total show shifts in outstanding exposure, but do not establish a bullish or bearish outlook.
