Investors in the YieldMax INTC Option Income Strategy ETF (INYY) are due a weekly distribution of $0.2346 per share, 37.94% less than the $0.3780 declared Oct. 28.

At the Nov. 3 close, the annualized distribution rate for INYY was 60.26%. It compares the latest payment, projected over a year, with the fund’s latest net asset value. The figure describes the distribution alone; it does not measure total return or assure future payments.

The 30-day SEC yield through Oct. 31 was 4.38%, excluding option income.

INYY pursues weekly income with call spreads whose value is linked to Intel Corp. shares. If Intel shares rise, the strategy may restrict upside; falling shares can still produce losses for INYY. Distributions can change and are not assured.

Shareholders of record on Nov. 5 are scheduled to receive the payment on Nov. 6.
