SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 25, 2017 -- Zignal Labs today announced the launch of Zignal University, an instructor-led, enterprise education program that combines powerful analytics from the Zignal Enterprise platform with real-world media and social intelligence skills. As Zignal customers increasingly rely upon data and analytics within their PR, communications, marketing, digital media and government affairs activities, Zignal University will boost data-driven competencies across the organization.
Communications and marketing teams are in a state of massive transformation. Brands now communicate with consumers and stakeholders in significantly different ways and through many new channels. As a result, enterprises are retooling their communications and marketing teams with data-driven processes, powerful analytics and integrated strategies. Zignal University accelerates this learning curve and helps teams translate their Zignal investment into tangible business results.
“The dynamic realities of our digital media landscape have fundamentally changed how brands operate,” said Stephanie Pellegrino, newly appointed head of Zignal’s enterprise education team. “Zignal University gives our clients the hands-on and practical training to tackle these new challenges – all leveraging Zignal’s real-time and predictive analytics.”
The foundational Zignal University curriculum trains users on the core areas of the Zignal Enterprise platform and to how successfully incorporate in everyday workflows and activities. Users also have the option of an advanced onsite workshop which features hands-on activities and use cases designed to help users be proactive in managing their media and social intelligence across the enterprise.
Zignal University will also include live virtual training on specific topics. Offered at a variety of days and times, these courses will allow users to access learning they need when it’s most convenient for them. Additionally, the enterprise education team will implement on-demand education modules in the form of short, digestible videos customized for quick training or a skills refresher.
“Zignal Enterprise is intuitive and user-friendly, so anyone can easily dive in and start using the platform to identify what trends, topics or influencers are affecting their brands,” said Pellegrino. “We see Zignal University as a valuable way to accelerate our clients’ expertise and comfort with the technology and help drive change across the organization.”
