MILWAUKEE, Oct. 03, 2017 -- Today, Zywave announces the launch of both its Prospect Presentation Creator for insurance brokers and Health Plan Compliance Calendar for their clients. In the fourth round of enhancements to its flagship product, Broker Briefcase®, the presentation creator is designed to equip brokers with custom online portfolios for prospecting meetings, saving them time and helping them win new business.
“Time to focus on winning new business and growing their agency is something brokers have been telling us they have less and less of,” says Marlon Davis, vice president of product management at Zywave. “More and more is being expected of them and taking their focus away from growing their business. With these new enhancements, we’ve took the guesswork out of how and what they should be presenting at a first meeting to make sure their unique value proposition is being heard by the prospective client. We’re doing the preparation for them so they get time back in their day, which is another facet of our commitment to the independent broker.”
September 2017 Enhancements
“Both the Prospect Presentation Creator and the Health Plan Compliance Calendar were built with saving time and effort in mind,” says Michael Yeh, product manager at Zywave. “The custom online portfolios take only three minutes and three simple steps, then they’ll have every resource needed to consistently communicate their value and win the business. At the same time, we’re offering our MyWave Elements and MyWave Connect partners the opportunity to help their clients save time by consolidating all of the compliance information they need to stay on top of into one calendar. I can’t wait to hear what each side is doing with their extra time now that they aren’t scrambling for materials or information.”
Summary of September Enhancements
- New Prospect Presentation Creator: Generates custom online portfolios in three minutes and three simple steps for prospect meetings.
- New Health Plan Compliance Calendar: Creates a custom compliance calendar for each of the broker’s clients based on their initial health plan questionnaire and provides an on-demand resource for compliance questions and content.
Zywave partners can access the Prospect Presentation Creator in Broker Briefcase and the Health Plan Compliance Calendar in both MyWave Connect and MyWave Elements.
The expected launch date for the next round of Broker Briefcase enhancements, which includes a full Producer Training Program, is in early November of 2017.
