MILWAUKEE, Nov. 09, 2017 -- Today, Zywave announces the launch of its Producer Training Program for insurance brokers. In the fifth round of 2017 enhancements to its flagship product, Broker Briefcase®, the Producer Training Program provides everything an agency needs to help new and veteran producers master each step of the sales process.
“Agency owners have told us on numerous occasions that they need help attracting new producers and getting them up to speed quickly, while also encouraging veteran producers to hone their craft,” says Marlon Davis, vice president of product management at Zywave. “Our robust digital onboarding and training courses and lessons give the new generation of insurance professionals what they need to succeed and drive bottom-line revenue for agencies. It also allows owners and sales managers the ability to maximize the potential of their sales team, by providing veteran producers the opportunity for continuous improvement.”
The Producer Training Program
“The Producer Training Program was built with agency growth and saving time in mind,” says Michael Yeh, senior product manager at Zywave. “Each course is equipped with engaging, professionally made videos, presentations and more to make it easy for any level producer to learn best practices and strategies critical to sales success. The traditional and unmeasurable ‘lone-wolf/shadowing style’ days of training in our industry will now be a method of the past. We’re excited to be a part of a new and forward-thinking program that helps save agency owners time and money while growing their business.”
The Producer Training Program includes the following:
- 8+ courses and 25+ lessons—created separately for both employee benefits and property & casualty brokers, helps producers master each stage of the sales process.
- Professionally-made content—videos with corresponding PowerPoint presentations, action items checklists and collateral resources that accommodate each type of learning style and help the broker execute on what they have learned, all in one place.
- Reporting—allows managers to track producer progress and stay on top of outstanding action items so that they can document and reference completion.
