Ongoing and recently completed projects include economic assessment of Brexit for the Welsh Assembly and industry sectors, as well as providing advice on procurement reform in the Caribbean.

I have successfully completed projects for the European Commission (EuropeAid and FP7), UK-ESRC, British Academy, ITCILO, Commonwealth Secretariat, InterAmerican Development Bank and several other institutions.

I have provided evidence on trade related matters to the Scottish and European Parliament. I have published books and journal articles on bilateral trade issues, EU trade policy and procurement liberalisation.

I am a member, DFID’s External Advisory Group on Trade and Development to feed into policy making, a member of Global Trade Professionals Alliance in Australia, a member of Trade and Investment Committee of the PHD Chambers of Commerce and Industry, India. I am also a Research Associate, Centre for Sciences and Humanities, New Delhi.
