Peter S.P. Wong

Associate Professor and Associate Dean, School of Property, Construction and Project Management, RMIT University
Dr Peter Wong is the Associate Dean of the School of Property, Construction and Project Management. Dr Wong fosters a strong linkage between applied research and the industry. His research into offsite construction, carbon reduction in construction, organisational learning, organisational culture, and dispute resolution has been recognised through his publications. As of 2018, Dr Wong's research endeavours have led to a total of 1 book, 7 book chapters and more than 65 papers accepted or published in a number of top ranked refereed journals and conference proceedings. He was awarded on a competitive basis multiple research grants amounting to over 1.5 million Australian dollars.

Dr Wong is a chartered quantity surveyor and a chartered construction manager with solid industry experience. He worked as a quantity surveyor with Rider Levett Bucknall Ltd, and was involved in a number of prestigious construction projects in Hong Kong and mainland China. He has rich teaching experience in Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney and Melbourne.
