I am an Associate Professor at the University of Ottawa, a certified Medical Imaging Technologist, a Kinesiologist, and a Physical Therapist. I completed my PhD in France in 2012 and was a postdoctoral researcher for 8 years in Europe and Canada. My research program blends neuroscience, gerontology, and health to contribute to understanding and solving the pandemic of physical inactivity. I have developed advanced skills in neuro-behavioral paradigms, neuroimaging, brain stimulation, data analysis, and statistics. I have published about a hundred peer-reviewed scientific articles. My scientific work has been communicated to the public in over 50 countries, 350 text media, and 15 broadcast media.
