Keith Houghton holds a number of positions including patron of SPELD (a charity that supports those with dyslexia), a director of Research Coaching Australia and a part-time role in teaching research methodology to research students at Swinburne University of Technology. He is an Emeritus Professor of the Australian National University where, for a number of years he was Dean of the College of Business and Economics and Director of the National Graduate School of Management. Prior to his role at ANU he was Fitzgerald Professor at The University of Melbourne.
