In his seven years at iCIMS, Kasner has helped grow the company’s annual recurring revenue (ARR) by more than five times and the employee population from 100 to nearly 650. After serving in various executive leadership roles at iCIMS, Kasner currently oversees the general & administrative functions of the business. This transition centralizes all operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, talent, corporate infrastructure and product development, under Kasner’s leadership.
“This is an exciting time for iCIMS as we march toward $250 million revenue and beyond,” said Day. “We’ve put significant time and investment into building for our future and Ron’s official transition to president and COO is a critical component to that future. Over the last seven years I’ve witnessed first-hand Ron’s ability to establish an execution framework by which our company operates and have tremendous confidence in his ability to lead iCIMS to market leadership within the HR technology space.”
iCIMS enables employers to better attract, screen, and hire talent through its Talent Acquisition Platform, comprised of a suite of SaaS-based recruitment products and UNIFi, its Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) framework, which brings together hundreds of third-party tools through robust integrations and an online marketplace. iCIMS, the largest standalone provider of talent acquisition technology, has revenue in excess of $100 million and supports more than 3,500 contracted customers worldwide.
“I’m honored to step into this new role and lead our business through the next phase of growth,” Kasner said. Given how critical recruitment is to virtually every business, I see a long runway of opportunity for iCIMS and feel we are well-positioned to win the market. I’m proud of what we’ve built at iCIMS – from the teams of talented people to the products – and very much look forward to our future success.”
